Google Play Data Safety Policy
At CepSıra ("we", "us" or "our"), we place the highest importance on your digital security. The secure processing, protection, and complete control over your information are our core principles.
Your Data is Important to Us
The personal data (name, phone number, etc.) and appointment history you share with us while using our application are hosted only on servers encrypted in accordance with industry standards. We will never sell your personal information to third parties or institutions.
Your Right to Account and Data Deletion
In accordance with Google Play Store and GDPR compliance policies, you always have the right to request the permanent deletion of all data associated with your account from our application's databases (Cloud data centers). When you submit a deletion request:
- Your user / business account in the application is completely deleted.
- Your appointment history is irreversibly anonymized or destroyed.
- All data recorded within the service, such as names and numbers, will be permanently purged from our systems.
How Can I Delete My Data?
You can request account deletion by accessing the profile section within the application or by directly using the contact form below. The CepSıra support team is obliged to process and approve incoming data deletion requests within 7 business days at the latest.
